         Today I chat with Costa Pies again. He is a good friend for me. When I log in facebook, he always greeting me. Today we talk about my study. I tell him that I worry about my study. And him said he always with me I feel very happy because we just talking together.

         I think a good relationship have around us and it depends on your need.
And most importantly, honest with yourself, and your friends it's make you have a good friends.

Writing Effective ESL Lesson Plans

       Today I read artical about writing effective ESL lesson plans. It's have about important of, a detailed lesson
      Lesson plan is the key to a successful ESL lesson helping teachers organize the aim and various components making up the lesson.Teachers have an ability to think on their feet but most teachers need to plan lessons to think about where they are going with a particular lesson, to think about ideas for future lessons. A lesson plan shows students that teacher has spent time thinking about them as well as showing professionalism and commitment.
      A detailed lesson plan must highlight content about lesson for students learn, how they are going to learn and any materials that will be used during the lesson. Effective lesson planning helps teachers combine lesson components to present an interesting and varied lesson. Lessons that use one kind of activity over and over again do not motivate students and can lead to boredom resulting in classroom problem especially when teaching children.
     I agree with this article because lesson plan shows students that their teacher has spent time thinking about them as well as showing professionalism and commitment. That said, even a well-prepared lesson plan can bomb and teachers may need to digress from their plan sometimes. If that happens, a note should be made of why a particular lesson didn't work out so that changes can be applied to future lesson plans.

     Teaching Speaking to English Second Language Students

        Most ESL students are more interested in learning oral skills in English than in acquiring reading, writing or listening skills. Four skills are very important to communicate for other person.

       This is the characteristics of successful speaking activities include: 
First, teacher making sure that student participation is not dominated by a few talkative students should to speak because they are interested in the topic.
Second, teacher making sure that students have something relevant to say and students can be understood by everyone.
      
       The problem is student inhibition. Speaking activities require a student to have all eyes to an audience can often give students stage fright. They may also be worried about making mistakes, being criticised or losing face in front of the rest of the class. And Another problem is that students sometimes think they have nothing to say on a particular topic. In reality, they may be bored or feel that the topic is unrelated to anything they know.
      
       The Solutions to develop Speaking Activity of students.
       Group work increases the amount of time available for oral practice and allows more than one student to benefit from speaking time. 
       Easy language: Simple language makes it easier for students to speak for longer without hesitation and gives them a sense of accomplishment.
       Interesting topic: Choosing a topic according to the interests of the class ensures student motivation. It’s will be more likely to meet the challenge set for them.

       I agree with this article because speaking is very important for everybody. The teacher must teach the correct principles for students because the students will use in the future.
       In the classroom teacher should use the interesting activities for students such as debate. The topic of debate must interesting it can help students to confidence to speaking in front of classroom.

         Today I learned five topics of teaching English there are vocabulary teaching, communicative language teaching, pronunciation teaching, cultural teaching and teaching English using ICT.
      
       Pronunciation teaching has traditionally been taught with a goal of “speaking in a native speaker”. There are two key problems with pronunciation teaching.  There are tends to be neglected and reactive. It’s have four steps to teach.                                                         Warmer, teacher inform students such as activities or give in the information directly. 
 Listen, teacher let the students hear the voiced.                                    Focus, teacher show students the sound chart or phonetics symbol.             Pronunciation practice, teacher let student practice in pair or divide the class.                                                                                         
       
       Teaching English using ICT or web-based instruction defined is teaching and learning supported by attributes and resources of the internet. There are 3 kinds of WBI such as 
Standard-alone courses is a one-way communication.                              Web supported courses is a two-way communication for students and teachers.                                                                                            Web pedagogical resources is a super storage web that contain everything from education’s information.

       It is normal for everyone have strain or fatigue from work or whatever. The people are trying to relax their own different ways. Today I have the easy way to relax there is listening music.

       Today I listen “if you come back” song of blue band. This song has a good melody and lyric. The lyric have content about A man who lost girlfriend and he don’t know that he did something wrong. He promises with himself if girlfriend come back he will keep she right by his side because she is one that he want.

       I listen this song one time I don’t understand the meaning. I must listen many times and search the lyric from google to understand because I don’t have listening skill. After I listen song I can develop listening skill.

       Speaking is very importance for human life. Everywhere must have to communicate by speaking. We can communicate many ways such as facebook, skypy, etc… and today I choose facebook for communicate.
      
       Today I found new friend from facebook. She’s name Ingeborg. She’s very beautifully and friendly for me. She lives in Norway and she told me Thailand is a beautiful country and she ever come to Thailand. Today we talked a little moment because she will go to work. She told me that nice talking with me.
      
       I felt happy that I chat with her because she’s very friendly. After I chat I can develop and practice my writing, speaking skills.

Tips for Teaching ESL Grammar

      Teaching ESL grammar lessons can be tricky because grammar doesn't always follow standard rules, is different to the student's native language and requires that a teacher fully understands it to teach it. Consider some of these suggestions and tips to make it an easy and interesting lesson to teach.

What is Grammar?
Grammar is the way we put words together to make correct sentences and convey meaning in any language.
Grammar doesn't only deal with sentences but also with smaller units from phrases down to individual words. This is easy to understand when considering the correct use of "he ran a race" versus the incorrect use of "he runned a race". Grammar can also include the changing of spelling and pronunciation in different situations.
Grammatical structures deal with specific instances in a language, such as tenses or gender. These structures provide in-depth information and lend nuances and time value to a language. In English, the grammatical concept of gender doesn't exist as opposed to Italian, German and French which have specific rules concerning grammar and gender.



Grammar and Meaning
Grammar affects meaning, so incorrect grammar can lead to confusion. Despite this, a lot of ESL teachers argue that accuracy of form is more important than grammatical accuracy because it is difficult to teach. Unfortunately, a phrase that has been misunderstood can have a potentially disastrous or humorous effect on a situation, so ESL students need to learn grammar to put words together meaningfully. In the end, knowledge of a language is virtually useless if students can't convey meaning.

Generally, if a student's native language has a rigid grammatical structure, they will expect a teacher to explain the English equivalents of their language. To do this, a teacher needs to understand, himself, what is involved in the structures being taught; must give clear examples and explanations; and must find a balance between accuracy and simplicity in examples. A teacher who knows how to present a structure's form and meaning in a simple, accurate and helpful way is guaranteed to get the message across.

Tips and Guidelines in Teaching ESL Grammar
A well-prepared lesson plan is essential for teaching grammar. It should include oral and written examples as well as form, meaning and context use. Other tips for teaching ESL grammar include:
•     Students must have plenty of examples of the structure and understand when and how to use it
•     Explanations must cover the majority of instances because students are sure to encounter exceptions along the way
•     Too much detail confuses students so explanations must be simple and clear
•     Generalization is helpful even if it's not always completely accurate
•     Rhyming rules like "i before e, except after c" can be a fun and easy way to remember a rule, even if they aren't absolutely true
•     Students need to experiment by rearranging sentences and playing with them to get a feel for the language
•     Students must be given the essential rules and guidelines and shouldn't have to guess
•     Role-playing and language games can be fun and give students the opportunity to use a grammatical structure practically

What I learned inside classroom.

Presentation
      Today I learned the course Curriculum and Learning Management in English. The topics that presented about     teaching pronunciation, culture teaching, teaching English using ICT and communicative language teaching.
     
      The first topic is teaching pronunciation. It’s also psychological factors that affect the learning of pronunciation.
This method can helping learners become self-confidant and understand natural language.
     
      The second topic is culture teaching. It’s teaching about difference culture of each country.
     
      The Third topic is teaching English using ICT. Students learn on website by themselves . This method can motivate students to students.
     
      The last topic is communicative language teaching. Students is negotiator and teacher is guide in classroom. Teacher will give advices for students when they want.
    
       From I learned to day I can apply each methods to teach students. For example : I use principle of teaching pronunciation for large group because this method focus on practice and younger students can’t understand of this content. In teaching English using ICT I teach about greeting, food, and dressing.

What I learned inside classroom.

Presentation
      
     Today I learned the course Curriculum and Learning Management in English. The topics that presented about     task – based learning, project based learning, and four skills in English there are listening, speaking, reading and writing.
      
      The first topic is task – based learning. It’s an approach based that use tasks for planning and instruction in language teaching. Each task will be organized in the following :
Step 1 : Pre-task activities and  introduction to topic and task.
Step 2 : Task cycle Task, Planning, Report
Step 3 : Language focus and feedback.
      
     The second topic is project based learning. It’s learning by use project to teach for develop about knowledge and skills of students. This method emphasize students to do project for permit their can show opinion together and learning follow aptitude and abilities.
      
       The Third topic is four skills in English there are listening, speaking, reading and writing. I know about why we should teach skill in classroom and solution of speaking activities. Each skill has differences step to teach. In listening skill have three steps to teach. There are pre-listening, while-listening and post-listening.
      
       From I learned to day I can apply task – based learning to teach students in the future. For example : I use step of teaching to teach that is I assignments for students when students don’t understand I will explain for them. In project based learning when I teach I use questions for motivate them to study. I will advise students when they want. I will should select appropriate method for teach students.
